The majority of respondents rated their experience as ‘Excellent’ or ‘Very Good’, indicating high overall satisfaction with the GP practice. The most common positive feedback highlights helpful and kind staff, while the most frequent complaints relate to difficulties in booking appointments and issues with reception staff. Many respondents also stated that there was nothing to improve, but others included ideas for potential  improvement included better appointment booking systems, improved communication, and additional training .
