How to join the PATIENT PARTICIPANT GROUP

You can just come along to the next meeting on Thursday 26th February 2026 at 5.30pm at the Family Medical Centre.

You can tell reception or the clinician you are seeing that you would like to join.
You can fill in a form on the website www.familymedicalcentre.co.uk
You can fill in a form at reception.
