Self Care

self care

Self care is the best choice to treat many minor illnesses and injuries. A large range of common illnesses and injuries can be treated at home simply with over-the-counter medicines and plenty of rest.

Remember, if your problem is not improving or you think that it is becoming more serious, then seek help  from your Pharmacist or GP Surgery as usual.
