Confidentiality and Access to Records

We ask for information about you so that you can receive the proper treatment and care. We keep it because we may need it when we see you again. Everyone working in the NHS has a legal duty to keep information about you confidential.

We are a research teaching practice and anonymised data from the practice may be used in research. Patient confidentiality is maintained at all times. Medical students may sometimes sit-in with doctors, and take some consultations.
