Comments, Suggestions and Complaints

We realise that occasionally things do not go as smoothly as we would like. If you have any problems, please discuss them with your doctor or the Practice Manager. We are here to help and aim to deal with your problems promptly. A copy of the Practice Complaints Procedure is available at reception.

Suggestions for improving the services which we provide are always welcome. Please talk to the Practice Manager about your ideas, or put your comment in the comments box, located in the waiting room.
